District RLI

Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) is a multi-district leadership development program that helps Rotarians gain the skills and knowledge they need to take on future club leadership roles (including but not necessarily club president). Rotary Leadership is not an official program of Rotary International. RLI works because seasoned, specially trained Rotarians give their time and expertise to present a defined curriculum in a series of three day-long seminars. The program is open to new as well as more experienced Rotarians. The courses must be taken in sequence but may be taken at any interval.
