The Guatemala Literacy Project, and its parent organization, Cooperative for Education, make it possible for rural poor children in Guatemala to attend school, and improve the schooling they receive via sustainable textbook, computer center, reading and scholarship programs in Guatemala.

Numerous clubs in our District have supported the Guatemala Literacy Project by means of participation in Matching Grants.  Some Rotarians have also joined the Project on one or more of its book and computer delivery tours, helping to bring these learning tools where they are most needed.
