Even if you don't know your login information you can log in. Only if you don't have an account, or you forgot the email associated with the account, will you have a problem logging in. But we'll get to that later on. First the easy ones

Members of a Clubrunner club

If your club uses Clubrunner, then your login information for the district site is the same as for your club. If you don't know that either, just see the information below on retrieving your credentials. The process is the same for both your club site, and the district site.

Members of non-Clubrunner clubs
Your login name and password will be either what your club secretary set them to, or what you changed them to in the past.  If you don't know, not a problem, you can retrieve them easily using the next steps.

Retrieving your login credentials
  1. Connect to the district website and click on "Login" at the right of the menu bar.
  2. In the middle of the next screen click on Image
  3. Fill the next screen in with your last name and email.
  4. The system will send your login credentials to your inbox and help you log in.
  5. Retrieve your email, and you should be all set.
  6. See the document attached to the left for details including illustrations.
None of the above worked
  • If your pretty sure you had an account, could it be a different email? Try them, it won't hurt anything.
  • If you get the district or club newsletter, most likely that is the email address you need.
  • If you don't think you have an account ask your club president or club secretary to create one.
  • Other wise either ask you club president, secretary, or the district webmaster for assistance. You'll find the webmaster listed under the district org chart, or the system will give it to you when using "I forgot my password" fails.
There is member only content on the district website. It's worth the effort to get your login credentials.
