Nominating & Succession

Defined by the by-laws, the Article on "Election of Directors and Officers". Committee is responsible for identifying people for the board positions for the following year. The committee does not identify specific directors, only those who will fill one of the director positions. The committee starts in August and must report the results to the board in November, and a vote by the club in December.
