CLUB RECAP
The @SeacoastRotary group is in the planning/preparing stages as we get ready for a busy Fall helping to support our local community.
The Summer can be a tough time to get our members together due to vacations and travel, but many in our group rallied to support our Veterans by volunteering on July 4th at the annual Pack and Boots 5K road race.
Our July 11th, Thursday morning meeting was enhanced by our two scholarship winners joining us for breakfast, telling the group what they accomplished last year and what they hope to achieve this year. Each winner receives $2,500 for two years (total $5,000 ea.) We are proud of them both and can’t wait until next Summer to hear of their journey.
The beneficiaries for the Annual Turkey Trot 5K race on Thanksgiving morning are: Hospice Help Foundation and Seacoast Community School.
