The District Vision and Planning Committee is hosting the 7th in our series of Vision to Plan Workshops on Thursday, October 29, 2015 . PRE-REGISTRATION (not payment) IS REQUIRED!
The workshop continues the work done at the last one, to help clubs improve the knowledge and skills needed to take a club’s vision and to develop a long term plan. We will to tie Rotary Club Central “Goal Setting” and Club Leadership Development planning work into the vision to plan (V2P) process.
At Workshop 6 in April, participants asked if we could bring actual club success stories to the next workshop. We have 3 great examples on the schedule. Those clubs used either the planning tools developed by our Committee, or similar tools they developed on their own (based on a club vision). This portion of the workshop will be interactive. Prior to these presentations, we will review the material presented in April that shows the tools and how to use them.
