Welcome
District 7780 Annual Business Meeting and Financial Report to the District
The district training assembly took place April 7, 2018 at York County Community College. The annual business meeting of District 7780 took place May 5, 11:30AM at the Omni Mount Washington Resort, Bretton Woods NH, the site of the five-district conference.
Financial report to the district.
Notice was sent to all District 7780 Rotarians on March 6th regarding the vote to be taken at the District Training Assembly on April 7 on the Annual Statement and Report of District Finances. On March 15th a link was sent to the two documents in question. That link is http://rotary7780.org/sitepage/annual-business-meeting-2018/ . There are two documents; a draft Financial Review from the auditing firm of Raiche & Company, CPA’s PA, and a one page summary of District 7780 Foundation activity and a statement of the District Governor’s RI reimbursement for Rotary Year 2016-17. Raiche and Company said they would remove the draft designation from the report after the vote and the Assembly.
On April 7, a motion was made and seconded to approve the report, and it passed unanimously. 37 of the 40 Clubs in our district were represented.
