Updating member information

 
There are two levels of updates for maintaining member information, one for the district site and one for a Clubrunner club website.

For Clubrunner clubs, member information capabilities are far more thorough and must be done through the club site. For Clubrunner clubs all updates can and should be done via the club website.

Non-Clubrunner sites will do the updates via the district website.
