The 2022 Rotary Global Peace Fellowship application is now available, and District 7780 needs your help finding the next cohort of global peace and development leaders.
By way of introduction, my name is Bob Gravino, a member of the Bath Sunrise Rotary Club, and I recently assumed the Chair of the District 7780 Rotary Peace Fellowship Subcommittee from Claudia Frost.
Each member of District 7780 plays a critical role in promoting the Rotary Peace Centers programs to potential candidates. The following resources can help you recruit candidates for 2022 Rotary Peace Fellowships:
- The All About the Rotary Peace Fellowship course found at
https://learn.rotary.org/members/learn/catalog/view/19 provides qualification requirements, eligibility restrictions, the application process, and more. - Send e-mails to potential candidates with the attached Fellowship Announcement (https://www.rotary.org/en/our-programs/peace-fellowships).
- Use the RI referral form to inform us of potential candidates, and Rotary will follow up with the candidates.
Candidates have until May 15th to submit applications to the District, and the District has until July 1st to submit endorsed applications to The Rotary Foundation. District 7780 can endorse an unlimited number of qualified candidates.
