We gathered on Monday, January 25th, at the Leadership Opens Opportunities Forum, to address, to learn, and to consider embracing how Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) is an important component for developing and adapting our Rotary’s Vision Statement “in What We Think, Say, Do”. Our speakers asked us to look at the gaps between who we are and who we need to be. In order for us to make a difference, we need to consider stepping outside our comfort zone so that we can make a greater impact on new OPPORTUNITIES.
My Fellow Rotarians, let us reaffirm our organizations commitment to Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion. By embracing this concept, we advance our organization and create positive experiences for everyone who engages in Rotary.
