We need a place for our district committees to meet. Husson College in Portland was our former meeting space host, but they have closed their Portland Campus.
Committees want to alternate between Zoom and in-person. Some committees have been trying to meet in coffee shops and restaurants, but this makes conducting business difficult.
Our needs are, for a meeting place are:
- Able to accommodate committees ranging from 5-12 members
- Good WIFI connection, to allow hybrid meeting options
- Located near the central part of our district, Brunswick, Portland, or Biddeford
- Preferably with large screen TV or projector in place
- Available generally in late afternoon or early evening 3:00-8:00 PM
- Available at no cost
