District 7780 2025 Philippines Outreach Team—PDG Dick Hall (Portland RC), AG Joanne Landry (Saco Bay RC), and PP Carol Madsen (Bridgton-Lake Region RC)—has spent the month of May recovering from jet lag and sleepless nights during flights, following up with our hosts in the Philippines, and preparing for our presentation at the District 7780 Conference.
