The UNE Rotaract is ready to roll! The new officers are really excited for a fantastic and busy year.

The officers of the club are Harshil Patel - President; Brayden Wessler - Past President; Gregory Douvris - Treasurer; Winter Webb - Secretary; Tyler McGoldrick - Fundraising Chair; and Lindsey Provost - Social Media Ambassador.

The Rotaract Club had their first meeting on September 10, 2024.  The officers and new members will continue to recruit UNE students. The big events for the year are: Volunteering, Polio Walk, Fundraising, and the Poland trip.

The Poland trip will include sightseeing and accomplishing collaborative projects with two of Poland’s Rotaract Clubs. They will visit the ARKA project in Wojciechów, Poland as well as others in Warsaw and Lublin, Poland.

Currently, the UNE Rotaract Club is planning a “meet and greet” with UNE Rotaract members, and members of the Rotary Clubs of Biddeford-Saco, Saco Bay and Saco Bay Sunset.

The UNE Rotaract Club officers will be presenting at the District International Services Committee’s International Café on October 12, 2024 at 9:30 a.m.  They will be discussing their Poland trip and fundraising efforts.
