Join Rotary’s 250Flag Salute to America!

Help create a breathtaking image of Rotary pride and patriotism as we celebrate USA250. On July 29, Rotarians, families, and friends will gather at Pedro Field in Portland to hold 250 American flags in formation - a beautiful photo you’ll want to be in!
Wednesday July 29th, meet at 4:45pm at Pedro Field, 30 Baxter Blvd, Portland. It’s right off I-295 Exit 6B. We’ll meet, get our headcount of flag bearers, and take the field.
No marching, no parading.
No admission charge, no tickets to buy, and Free parking.
We’ll be done before 5:30pm as the Little Leaguer’s take the field!
This event is billed as a “Rotary" event, not "Portland Rotary". We had 9 clubs participate in our Mariners hockey event on ice, we can beat that! We’ll be requesting strong media coverage, as it will be an amazing spectacle. 250 flags is stunning! You'll want to be a part of this great moment!
