Brenda Thibodeau was nominated for the Service Above Self award by District Governor Michael McGovern for her unselfish work with Rotaplast International, a surgical group that provides surgery for children with cleft lip and palate in South America. I believe she received this award during the District Conference May 18-21, 2000.
